Pitchfork Announces ‘10 Dates; Makes You Wait For More

Pitchfork Music Festival has announced the planned 5th incarnation of its highly touted indie music snob convention. All joking aside the cutting edge three day festival is set for July 16th through 18th once again in Chicago’s Union Park. Of course, as part of the hype build-up (and I suppose we are adding to such), the festival will announce the first round of performances on Friday February 5th - Oscar style.
Ticket prices are listed as $40 per day or a three-day pass for the bargain price of $90. In hipster dollars & sense that equals out to a spare bike tire tube, a vinyl copy of Hall & Oats greatest hits, and thirty pack of Schlitz. Start saving.
