Normally speaking, paper cuts are very annoying. But Papercuts, the indie-pop project of San Franciscan Jason Quever? Much much better. Well, you can enjoy the better Papercuts this April with the release of their third album, You Can What You Want. The ten-song disc boasts some help from Beach House’s Alex Scally and “…words [that] reveal an obsession with mortality and things cosmic.” You can find out what that means exactly on April 14 in the U.S. via Gnomonson.
