Say Hi Announce New Album, Record Company
Eric Elbogen must eat, sleep, and you-know-what music. Sure, he has matured through the years, personally and musically by ditching the cheesy band name of Say Hi To Your Mom instead for the proper, short-and-sweet Say Hi moniker. Why wouldn’t a starving artist tour some 155 shows in a year’s time? And yeah, his last brilliantly underplayed The Wishes and the Glitch feels like it just entered our ears yestereday. But there is no rest for Eric. There is no resolve. And it looks like his hard work is paying off as he’s been scooped up by the likes of Barsuk Records (home to Death Cab, Mates of State, What Made Milwaukee Famous, etc) who are set to release Oohs and Aahs on March 3, 2009. That’s right - another album! Can you dig it? Oooooh …. Aaaaaaahhhhhh!
