Hammond Jr. “Se llama Como Te Llama”

Albert Hammond Jr

Que es esto? No, not a bilingual Pensatos, but the title of the upcoming Albert Hammond Jr album. Recorded over a five week period at Electric Ladyland, Como Te Llama (What’s your name, en espanol) is set to release July 8th. Produced by Hammond and engineer Gus Oberg, Como Te Llama is slated as Hammond’s most eclectic work to date. Enlisting the aide of Matt Romano, Marc Phillipe Eskenazi and Josh Lattanzi Hammond brings an arsenal of sounds to the record. From heavy riffing on tracks like ‘The Boss Americana’ to the reggae sun beams of ‘Borrowed Time’ Hammond has put together a sound, solid effort. One that may have you screaming its name.
