Video: Raconteurs “Salute Your Solution”
Have a passion for pale people and the nitty gritty? Have we got the thing for you! In conjunction with their forthcoming album (Consolers of the Lonely) Jack White and friends (better known as the Raconteurs) have released a video for their single ‘Salute Your Solution’. Keeping with White’s pension for high art at low budget, the video puts The Raconteurs’ straight forward kick-in-the-balls style to life with a sampling of cut and paste still photography. The result is a choppy, skippy black and white video of the band playing live in what appears to be a studio of sorts. Simple, edgy and rough. Seems about right.
