Edison Glass Tour and LP

When a band fuses Thomas Edison with Philip Glass, you expect inventiveness with a special brand of minimalist repetition. Whether Edison Glass hits that mark with their new LP Time Is Fiction is up to interpretation. What you do get is a unique sound produced by two hard-driving electric guitars, repetitive lyrics, random guitar solos, and an overall sense of competence and energy. The band backs the two guitarists with dichotomous vocalists, one high-pitched and frenetic and the other far more contemporary.
You might just find yourself scrambling to place that sound. When you fail, chase them down on their tour and fail better.
