Tapes ‘n Tapes Surprise St. Paul
Who doesn’t like surprises? Unless they are the nine-month kind or an uncomfortable spreading itch. Wow… sorry. Thankfully, Minnessota’s own Tapes ‘n Tapes have a ‘good’ surprise for the Twin Cities. They’re playing a surprise show at the Turf Club in St. Paul tonight. They’ll be joined by buddies Vampire Hands and Blind Shake. Of course this is all good news but the best part is yet to come: the band confirmed they will be playing their upcoming new album Walk It Off in its entirety (”Minus one song.”). For those of you on a post holiday budget the show will only set you back five clams. How’s that for recession?
