Go! Team’s Extereme Makeover
The Go! Team is giving back to their roots. The Brighton crew is set to play a special benefit gig in the Duke of Yorks Cinema in Brighton UK on Friday March 14th. Have they gone Royal? Hardly! This gig is actually for a cause that would make Bob Vila blush. Unless enough funds are raised to repair the Duke of Yorks roof, apparently Britain’s oldest cinema will close. For conspiracy theorists, this is just another way for the greedy multiplexes to wipe out any cinema with character. Not only is this the first large set design for the Team but it also marks as a solid gig for visual artist Bob Jarocos [site] whose work has gone fairly unnoticed for awhile now.
