Tapes ‘n Tapes Announce Tour
Tapes ‘n Tapes have announced a North American tour to support their sophomore LP Walk it Off, due out on April 8th through XL Records. The tour includes (finally) a performance in the band’s hometown of Minneapolis, and kicks off after an appearance at SXSW. Austin’s indie rock trio White Denim will be joining Tape ‘n Tapes. The band has also hinted at some international “secret shows” upcoming. Walk It Off follows up The Loon, released originally by Ibid Records in 2005 and re-released by XL in ‘06. Tapes ‘n Tapes received much critical acclaim for The Loon [reviewed] and have built up a strong fan base through relentless touring.
